Unless there's an official SpamCop protest, you may consider this 
assumption correct: Once a robot, always a robot. And a robot has no 
right to appeal.

Only SpamCop's robot is a good robot. It is considered bad behavior if 
any ISP employs a robot to send messages to SpamCop's robot. No good 
humans are allowed to read messages of such bad robots. The good robot 
is watching you.
