[SpamCop-List] ibill.com and "Subject: Take it or leave it" porn spam

I received a porn Spam today.  Checking the Spamvertized site, I was able to
find out that they used ibill.com to receive credit card payments for
"memberships" to their site.  I manually Larted ibill.com and received a
reply which included their no Spam policy.  If you get the same Spam (posted
in .spam), please report it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] as well.

 Thank you for your report of Unsolicited Commercial Email commonly referred
to as UCE or SPAM. iBill does not advertise for its clients, but we do have
a "No SPAM" policy.

The policy is as follows:

1. iBill shall investigate and handle Spam complaints within 24 hours of
such complaints being received at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
2. iBill shall issue a single warning upon receipt of the first complaint of
Spam.
3. The client informed that any additional complaints citing SPAM, the ibill
account will be taken down.

If the spam had a revshare id attached to it then:

1. iBill shall suspend any rev share account upon receipt of one verified
Spam complaint.
2. iBill shall suspend Master Accounts upon receipt of 3 verified Spam
complaints from a rev sharer account, within a month, or 5 verified Spam
complaints within 6 months.


Note:

  iBill shall maintain the confidentiality of all Spam complaints. If a
Client is desirous of instigating litigation against a Spam complainant
because the Client believes in good faith that the complainant is not
truthful, iBill will release the information upon proof of the client filing
a civil complaint for defamation against a John Doe defendant.
