There are a few problems with using your method described:  
        1.  It is to complicated for people who do not understand programming.  How do 
they know what is and what is not part of the decode routine.  
        2. How are they suppose to know what code may or may not be malicious.  

Not that there is anything wrong with the way your doing it.  It does have one big 
advantage over my program.  That is it will work in any Java enabled browser where 
mine is WinDoze based.
