Please don't beat me brutally about the head and shoulders with the infamous mole mallet if this has been discussed before but I have a question. I used to go to past reports and there would be checks in some of the closed boxes indicating accounts had been closed. Now I never see any boxes marked closed. Is this because it is no longer being done or...?
