spamcop's "list" doesn't work in a way that would be suitable...

spamcop reads the headers to try and get back to the source, dnsbl-type
lists act on the server from which the email is delivered, which isn't
necessarily the same thing...

also, spamcop only "holds" email rather than blocking it, and has a
whitelist system, so it can afford to be very wide in what it "holds"...
last time i checked, spamcop would "hold" 80-90% of legit email - if you
used that for blocking, you'd never get any mail!
