See -- THIS is how things should work.

An ISP/abuse desk comes here, asks a question, and makes a suggestion.  A 
user responds to the question & clears things up.  Problem solved!

This really casts doubt on why the other ISPs are saying "Spamcop ignores 
all my questions and suggestions."
