spamdyke version 4.0.5-beta4 is ready for beta testing.

This version fixes one more bug:
A segmentation fault can result when the remote server disconnects
unexpectedly and spamdyke attempts to do pointer arithmetic on NULL pointers.
Many, many thanks to David Stiller for reporting this one and providing tons of
help nailing it down.
This is a BETA version, so the standard cautionary language applies. Be
careful, know what you're doing, monitor your logs, etc.
