I am having a strange problem and can't figure out how to resolve. Can someone
please give me some guidance and put me out my misery. The user wants to get a
newsletter that is sent out daily.
syslog shows the following information (with login set to 4) italics are
portions changed to protect the innocent :-)

How can I let this email through? I have tried IP whitelist, rdnswhitelist but
this has not had any effect.
