I'm not aware of any problems involving linefeeds. Could you provide
more information about what's happening? Are you receiving malformed
emails? Is spamdyke logging any errors (or anything at all)?

If you enable full logging in spamdyke (full-log-dir), you should be
able to see exactly what is happening between your server and the remote
server, which could shed some light on any problems.
