The qmail-queue log message is just reporting that the connection to qmail-smtpd was broken for some reason. The text about bare LFs is just speculation about why the connection was reset.
The best way to investigate this is to enable spamdyke's "full-log-dir" option and examine the log file from one of these connections. It could be a bug in spamdyke or it could just be the remote server disconnecting without sending a "QUIT" command.
