It looks like you've uncovered a bug!  spamdyke is not sending the 
correct AUTH advertisements to the remote client, which is probably 
confusing it and preventing it from authenticating.  I've already been 
working on version 4.0.5 to fix a few other problems, so I'll add this 
to the list. :)
