Hello, Making a RPM for spamdyke is pretty easy, theres not much requirements for the compilation. All you need is a properly configured build environment. I won't go into details about that but a quick search should return plenty information about setting it up. I have made myself some rpms for rhel5 system, but it should work on previous rhel releases and fedora/centos family without problem[1]. You can use it or you can use my source package to build your own rpm on another system. Feedback is always welcome.
