I didn't change anything with graylisting that should have affected 
sending from Blackberries.  Is spamdyke logging any errors when these 
addresses are graylisted?  None of my users have Blackberries -- do the 
RIM servers send their messages from "tagged" sender addresses (so each 
sending address is unique)?  If so, that would cause this problem.

You can certainly whitelist the sending server to solve this problem.  
You'll probably want to add the server name (or domain) to the rDNS 
whitelist file, however, not the sender whitelist file.
