Scenario 1 -- simply use static dedicated on your White list or Scenario 2 -- static. .static. dedicated. .dedicated. I am not sure of the sanity of the keywords, as simply static dedicated should work and they are in increasing keyword length (from shortest to longest) as Sam suggested.
