awk is a good tool the scripts are nice, but if you need real detail, you may want to consider cat, grep, and awk not to mention sort and uniq
just a thought I say this because when I get the support call from someone that is a bit cranky, this script doesn't help nail it down The calls I get kindo go like this them: I'm not getting email me: who is the mail coming from them: from x company me: do you know the email address them: its from x company, I'm not sure maybe x.com me: it would help if you knew the exact email address them: let me see if it's in my address book etc... etc... etc... Also I don't publish the details.
