Unfortunately spamdyke doesn't provide this kind of limiting at this 
time.  I want to add it eventually but it's probably not going to happen 
soon.

Also, spamdyke (currently) assumes that authenticated users are allowed 
to do anything (bypass all filters).  If spamdyke included a rate 
limiting feature, authenticated users would be able to bypass it 
anyway.  Adding some kind of flag/feature to also limit authenticated 
users would be tricky to achieve without making it too confusing.
