It's possible this is a bug in spamdyke, but it's hard to tell without 
more information.  You should try increasing your "log-level" option so 
spamdyke will print statements into your log to show which filters are 
matching.  That should show if a whitelist is being matched.

If that doesn't help, try posting some examples of addresses that 
_should_ be blocked (but aren't) and the entire contents of the 
blacklist file(s) that you think should be blocking them.  The log 
output from spamdyke for those deliveries would also be very helpful.
