It's possible this is a bug in spamdyke, but it's hard to tell without more information. You should try increasing your "log-level" option so spamdyke will print statements into your log to show which filters are matching. That should show if a whitelist is being matched.
If that doesn't help, try posting some examples of addresses that _should_ be blocked (but aren't) and the entire contents of the blacklist file(s) that you think should be blocking them.
