spamdyke is logging the "TLS_ENCRYPTED" message because the connection 
is encrypted with TLS and spamdyke cannot decrypt it.  If you give 
spamdyke access to your TLS certificate with the "tls-certificate-file" 
option, it will be able to decrypt the connection and log more 
information.  All of the filters will also be available for encrypted 
connections, including sender/recipient whitelists/blacklists, 
graylisting, etc.
