The IPs you sent are 69.180.121.11 and 88.79.128.132, which have the 
rDNS names c-69-180-121-11.hsd1.fl.comcast.net and 
dialbs-088-079-128-132.static.arcor-ip.net, respectively. Although both 
of those names contain the IP addresses, neither of them ends in a 
two-character country code. That's why they don't match the filter.

If, for example, the second IP address had the rDNS name 
dialbs-088-079-128-132.static.arcor-ip.us (ending in .us instead of 
.net), spamdyke would block it.
