I'm currently giving it a try after using Nagios for a long time. OpsView is based on Nagios, so it provides many of the same services, but it also integrates other monitoring tools, like MRTG and RRDTool. Configuring it is a bit easier, all done through a GUI. Actual installation was pretty straight forward... Michael J.
