Mansour, Assuming that you have shell access to your server, then, depending on the filename:
nano /var/qmail/spamdyke/whitelist_ip where "whitelist_ip" is the filename that you wish to edit. nano is a simple and straightforward linux editor that you should be able to fathom out quickly, or Google for a manual.
