It definitely has, at least when it comes to Plesk 9.2.3

When you insert Spamdyke's parameter to /etc/xinet.d/smtp_psa then Plesk
shows qmail not running although it is running correctly.

When you remove Spamdyke's parameter from /etc/xinet.d/smtp_psa then Plesk
shows qmail is running.
