Sure. This is quite a usual situation.

You just stick domain:ip-or-domain-name-of-domino-server in smtproutes (and
domain in rcpthosts or morercpthosts) where domain is one of the domains you
want your qmail/spamdyke server to process emails for.

You might also have to run qmail-newmrh if you use morercpthosts
