Nor do I (spamdyke 4.0.10 and qmail). Quit command exits correctly. However in the past days I've seen many processes hanged up too (my spamdyke have the TLS patch which worked out well the problem in the past). I didn't have the time to do a deeper inspection of the cause, and let the reaper kill them for me. I will enable full log if I ever notice this behavior again in the next days.
