Inside that folder, you can create subfolders and files to control the rDNS 
blacklist filter instead of using a file full of names.  I created that feature 
because reading a file full of rDNS entries becomes very inefficient once the 
file grows beyond a few hundred lines and my own server's blacklist has tens of 
thousands of entries.  The folder/file naming scheme is documented here:

If you don't need that feature (rdns-blacklist-dir), you can just comment it 
out of your configuration file.
