Would this work? (Note the space between "static" and the dot.)
ip-in-rdns-keyword-whitelist-entry=static .accesskenya.com
That would whitelist any server that matched.
You could also just list the specific keywords you want within that domain:
ip-in-rdns-keyword-blacklist-entry=dynamic .accesskenya.com
ip-in-rdns-keyword-blacklist-entry=dhcp .accesskenya.com
ip-in-rdns-keyword-blacklist-entry=dialup .accesskenya.com
