Just when you thought it was safe to go back to your Inbox, spamdyke version
4.2.1 is now available:

This version extends the log messages to show why a blacklist is matched. It
also fixes a few minor bugs.
Version 4.x is NOT backwards compatible with 3.x; be sure to read the
documentation before upgrading.
Version 4.2.1 is backwards-compatible with version 4.2.0; simply replacing the
old binary with the new one should be safe.
