Well after some very fun research I was able to figure it out. SpamDyke was installed using Yum and placed the spamdyke in the /usr/bin directly. When I was trying to get it to work again I was using the /usr/bin/local/spamdyke within the smtp_psa script.
Now that its calling the proper install location it is working again.
