I don't update mine very often at all; I think I've only added a couple within the last year. (Some of the original scripts I wrote in 2007 still catch sites today -- I guess spammers just don't update their websites.) I could post my current filters somewhere if you'd like to see them, but I agree it would be neat to create some sort of centralized repository. I suppose the cleverest thing would be for someone to host an RHSBL based on results from the script. I have about 100K blacklisted domains I could contribute...
