Hola Manuel, no te debería desaparecer así los iconos. Es posible que hayas eliminado algún otro fichero (la nueva versión en lugar de la vieja). Vuelve a hacer lo mismo, siguiendo las instrucciones desde el principio (la actualización copia de nuevo los ficheros buenos), y cuando vayas a eliminar los ficheros, busca directamente por "jts". Así te aseguras de eliminar los correctos. Coméntanos si así se soluciona.
