At FOSS4G 2019 in Bucharest, members of the European community agreed, that we are going to extend the term for submitting the proposals. Find more details at corresponding wiki page https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Conference-Europe-2020 Please note, the we are prolonging the deadline till 30.9.2019 You may submit 1-2 pages "letter of intent" addressing the points on the wiki to the mailing list. The FOSS4G-Europe conference committee may then pick the best proposal coming. We may ensure you, that you will get all the support from OSGeo members and even hands to help as well as seeding money from the OSGeo Board (as it was in previous cases) - you are not alone in this.
