I'm using both Spanning Sync and MobileMe and they work just fine together. When I add a calendar event to my iPod Touch, it syncs with MobileMe. Then my home machine will sync its own iCal with Mobile me and bring the event in; then Spanning Sync will send the event out to Google Calendar when it syncs.
