I'm seeing this message in my log file. This is probably because when I first got the message about a problem I just ignored it (I was focused on other sync issues at the time).
Now I'd like to find out what the problems are and resolve them. I've run the Address Book "Look for duplicates..." option and taken care of the issues that it found.
