I cannot completely remove spanningsync my trial is over and I have deleted, installed again, deleted and used the remove tool inside the download dmg file, cannot think of anything else to try. I still see SpanningSync in my notification area with red dot in centre. Also none of the menu items actually work. Spanning sync is gone from my apps folder and system preferences pane.
