Hi Armando,

What you have described is not the normal operation of Spanning Sync
v2.0.2.  Would you mind performing a sync and when it finishes,
immediately create a troubleshooting report to email to us?  Here is
how to create the report:

* Open the pref pane
* Click the Advanced… button
* Click Create Report
* Email the file that appears on your desktop to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
