Thanks Charlie, seems to be working now. So well, as far as I can tell, that I've finished my trial and bought a subscription.
Next job: sort out the address book synchronization nightmare. Blackberry to Apple - any suggestions? I have heaps of mucked up entries from various attempts at making his work with several "solutions" and have not tried anything new for a little while!
