Hi, What setting are you using for the sync schedule in the Spanning Sync pref pane? If you set it to manual, then trickle syncing (what you're calling automatic syncing) will not happen. If you're using an actual schedule and trickle syncing still isn't working, then please contact us at [EMAIL PROTECTED] so we can investigate.
