In case anyone cares, I think ive finally found my issue. Turns out the
issue lies within iSync preferences- the default is to show an alert when
any data is being changed on the computer. I went ahead and unchecked this
feature and so far everything is working the way its supposed to. I might
actually change it to a percentage just in case . . . but this did the
trick.
