Hi, I understand what you are saying, and i'm sure it woudl fix the issue. But i was more suggesting a better way to handle this in the software, an improvement.
It seems from the behaviout that the outcome currently is that an item in missing in my gCal that is in my iCal. I not prefer that the iCal copy was added even though the gCal version cannot be found. It may make a duplicate on the entry in gCal, which become the new association. The old entry is orphaned. It does mean that i see the entry and my schedule is not effected. I know it can be tricky when dealing with conflicts... How do you determine not to delete? I'm assuming the sync services (SyncML?) indicate an explicit delete instead and a entry absence meaning it is deleted.
