No, that's not normal. Initial syncs can take a long time, but subsequent syncs should take only a few seconds per calendar.
We'd like to see what's going on with your syncs. Please create a troubleshooting report (Advanced > Create report) and email it to us at [email protected] along with a brief description of what you're seeing.
