I have defaulted to that as well. Which is a decent 3/4 solution for now. But not a 100% solution. I want work mail/cal/contacts separate from my home stuff, etc. It's nice to have good, clean separation between the two. I don't particularly want to give my co-workers access to my home Gmail account so they can view my Calendar, and give my family access to all my work stuff. Gets messy, blah, etc.
Hoping this can be worked out.
