Hi,

Can you create a troubleshooting report and email it to us here:
[email protected]

The best thing to do is reproduce the issue using a "Test Event" and
then immediately create the troubleshooting report:

* Open the pref pane
* Click Advanced
* Click Create Report
* Email the file that appears on your desktop

Please include a detailed description of what exactly was done prior
to creating the report.
