You need to have one Google calendar for each iCal calendar you wish to sync. To create a new Google calendar, open Google Calendar in your web browser and click "Create" under "My Calendars" on the left side of the page. After you've done that, just refresh your Google calendar list in Spanning Sync by selecting the Calendars tab in the Spanning Sync preference pane and clicking the reload (circular arrow) icon next to the "Google Calendars" heading.
