We don't store your contacts on our server, but we do back them up on your Mac when you install Spanning Sync. You can find your iCal and Address Book backups here:
Hard Drive>Users>Home User (house icon)>Library>Application Support>Spanning Sync Find the latest Address Book backup and double click it to unzip the backup file. You will then get an "AddressBook" folder. You'll need to quit the Adderess Book application and use the backup "Address Book" folder to replace this folder: Hard Drive>Users>Home User (house icon)>Library>Application Support>AddressBook (this is the folder to replace) Then open the Address Book application. You should see all your backed up Address Book data. Please let me know if you have any questions or run into any problems.
