Yes and no. So she will be able to send and receive invitations. That part works fine. But without having her calender hooked into the Exchange servers she will not be able to see when people are busy, nor will they see when she is busy -- which creates a scheduling nightmare. My suggestion is that she use Entourage. Let Entourage sync to address book and ical. Then use Spanning Sync to sent it all to google and back. That's what I do. it works perfectly.
Hopefully when Snow Leopard comes out with it's exchange support. Mac users can get rid of Entourage once and for all and just use mail/ical/ addressbok. I'm sooo looking forward to that.
