It sounds like you can reproduce this behavior, but we haven't heard reports of it from other users.
Please recreate it with a test event, sync, and then create a problem report (Advanced > Create report) and send it, along with a detailed description of the problem including the exact name and date/time of the event, to [email protected]. That should help us diagnose the problem.
