Xenoit- I'm sorry you're running into such bizarre problems--they don't sound like anything we've encountered before.
To manually uninstall Spanning Sync, move these to the trash: /Library/PreferencePanes/Spanning Sync.prefPane /Library/Application Support/Spanning Sync ~/Library/Application Support/Spanning Sync then logout and login.
