Hi, >From the screenshot you provided, Spanning Sync is setup to sync an Entourage calendar, but Entourage is not setup to sync calendars at all, only "Notes with .Mac". MobileMe (.Mac) isn't setup to sync calendars at all.
You need to enable Entourage to "Synchronize events and tasks with iCal and .Mac". This will get your Entourage calendar data to iCal. You need to keep Spanning Sync setup to sync this Entourage calendar. This will get your Entourage data to your Google account. If you want MobileMe included in the calendar sync, you need to enable "Calendars" in the MobileMe preference pane.
