The problem is.... the Task system in gMail seems to be significantly
more feature rich than the one in iCal.  In particular it features
multiple lists of hierarchical tasks.  For sure I don't see tasks in
iCal as being capable of organizing into hierarchies (though that's a
clear feature to ask for form Apple!).  As a result, I don't see how
the tasks could sync between the two.
