Just do this:

* In the Spanning Sync pref pane, set your sync schedule to "Manually"
* In Address Book, delete all of your contacts
* In iCal, delete all of the events from each of your synced calendars
* In the Spanning Sync pref pane, select the Advanced tab and click
Start Over
* If needed, sign into the Spanning Sync pref pane again, enable
calendar and contact sync, pair your calendars, and sync

This will copy all of your Google data into your Mac apps. Please let
me know if you have any questions or run into any problems.

Thanks,
Charlie
